Privacy Policy

I use Google Forms to allow you to contact me.

In order to use the form correctly you must provide your email address, so I can contact you about your query.

Because Google Forms is a Google product, it's privacy policy can be found at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

As I am located in New Zealand, this website complies with the Privacy Act 1993 (Soon to possibly be replaced by the Privacy Bill)

I collect personal information from you, including:
  • Your name (or nickname if you don't want to use your real name)
  • contact information

I collect your personal information in order to:
  • answer your queries and respond to people who may contact me.

I (techladdie) share this information with nobody other than myself. Providing some information is optional, such as adding your name/nickname. If you choose not to enter your email, we'll be unable to respond to you regarding your questions.

Your information may be deleted in certain circumstances without notifying you (e.g. the google form was deleted due to spam, or the account managing the google form has ceased operating). 

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is incorrect. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information we hold on file, or to have it corrected, please contact me using the form, via twitter or YouTube P.M.
